Enquiries
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, optional organisation and the message you provide. We use this information to answer your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; where you request services personally, we process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
Website security and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile spam protection. These services process technical information such as IP address and browser/device signals to serve and protect the website. Resend delivers contact-form messages to Peter’s Google-managed mailbox. Sanity hosts published website content and images; enquiry messages are not stored in Sanity. Redirect.pizza forwards visits from threesixone.eu to www.threesixone.eu, processing the technical request information needed for that redirect; redirect tracking is disabled.
This website contains no advertising or visitor-analytics tags. External publications have their own privacy notices. The contact form does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.

Retention
We retain routine enquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless an ongoing client relationship or a legal requirement justifies keeping them longer.
