Peter began his EU affairs career at the European Parliament before working at the BBC's Brussels bureau. 

In the 13 years since he has developed expertise in consumer product regulation, artificial intelligence, highly regulated industries, international trade and harmonised customs classifications. His experience covers not only the EU institutions, but several Member State capitals, where the most crucial decisions on European policy are made. 

Peter grew up in London and speaks fluent French and Spanish. He is a graduate of Solvay Business School and has both started and backed multiple startups in e-commerce, consulting, software and AI with two successful exits to date.
